Margaret O'Neill founded Little Rascals Preschool in 1985 with a clear and heartfelt vision to create a nurturing environment where young children could thrive creatively and emotionally. Drawing from her deep understanding of early childhood development, Margaret sought to create a space that felt like a second home that fostered a strong sense of security, belonging, and warmth. Her goal was to support foundational learning and play and cultivate an atmosphere where each child felt valued, accepted, and inspired to explore the world around them.
